On-Call SQL Server Support

MyDBA's On-Call SQL Server support package provides a pre-purchased, but "pay as you go" support option. Under this support package, you pre-purchase a specified amount of "support dollars" (minimum AUS$5,000) and support work is charged against your On-Call support account as you request it (via email, phone or our online help-desk) using pre-agreed charging rates.

As with all MyDBA SQL Server support packages, our On-Call support option includes a Response Time Objective (RTO) guarantee, and includes remote or onsite response options as follows:

Remote response - Login & commencement of task resolution within one hour of logged request. Onsite response - Onsite response also available in SLA upon request. Response Time Objective defined by proximity
